We are seeking 2025 job market candidates with PhD’s in economics or a related field, with training in econometrics and quantitative methods - or MBA’s with a quantitative background. A concentration in applied microeconomics, labor economics, industrial organization, econometrics, or finance is preferred. Candidates must have excellent written and oral communication skills, strong presentation and project management skills, and the ability to think creatively to solve complex problems.
Consultants at NERA will have the opportunity to:
- Apply the technical skills and knowledge gained during their graduate studies

- Develop economic and financial models to answer critical business questions

The applicable base salary range for this role is $210,000 to $235,000per year.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education,and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
