What You Will Do:
Managing Consultants have responsibility for client management, solution implementation and generation of project results. You will oversee projects and interact with the client daily to ensure engagement success. This includes supporting day-to-day operational meetings with client sponsors and consulting leaders. Managing Consultants are expected to prepare and communicate well-organized, effective reports and presentations to clients and internal executives. You will lead, coach and mentor Consultants and Senior Consultants to ensure quality deliverables.

As you hone your project management skills, leadership abilities and the aptitude for managing multiple projects, you will have the opportunity to progress to the Associate Director level.
Qualified candidates will possess SME knowledge in the one or more of the below specialty areas:
- Revenue Integrity
- Charge Capture
- Revenue Reconciliation
- Revenue Modeling
- Charge Description Master (CDM)
- Financial Analysis
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of revenue cycle management experience, focused on optimization and performance improvement
- 5+ years of management consulting, professional services, and/or project management experience
- Demonstrated ability to present to large groups, both externally and within the practice
- Proven success in driving operational process improvement and change management for revenue cycle optimization projects within hospitals and/or health systems
What Would Be Nice To Have:
- Master's degree or higher in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Clinical Administration
- Certifications in Epic
- Intermediate to advanced data manipulation and analytical skills using Excel a plus
The annual salary range for this position is $102,000.00-$170,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
