As a Project Analyst, you will be working with our Energy Services (179D) service line and provide support to project managers by overseeing administrative tasks, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring resource availability for the project team. You will assist the project team with coordinating the schedule, working on the budget, and addressing issues and risks associated with the project. You will ensure the project management framework is well-organized and runs smoothly. You will facilitate cross-department alignment and ensure clear communication across the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Review construction documents to ensure engineers have all necessary information prior to site visits
- Serve as a liaison between the project team and engineering team to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Utilize strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet project goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and create project status reports for project managers and stakeholders.
- Assist with resource scheduling so that team members have the resources they need to complete their tasks
- Schedule stakeholder meetings and facilitating communication between the project manager and stakeholders throughout the project life cycle
- Manage project management documents such as the project plan, budget, and schedule as directed by the project team
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree or higher
- Preferred 1-3 years of professional experience in the construction industry
- Comfortable calling on executive decision makers
- Proven ability to build relationships and quickly develop trust
- Highly motivated and results oriented
- Strong skills in presenting, communicating, organizing, multi-tasking, and time management
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- High sense of urgency with the ability to meet deadlines and changing priorities
- Receptiveness to performance feedback within a team environment is essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
- Candidate must reside or relocate to Houston, TX
