Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering: Engaging with stakeholders to understand their needs and document specific requirements for IT systems, processes, or improvements.
- Solution Design: Collaborating with IT Digital teams to implement the digital solutions within the site blueprint that meet business requirements.
- Testing and Validation: Participating in testing efforts to ensure that the developed solutions meet the documented requirements.
- Change Management: Assisting in implementing changes by communicating with stakeholders, providing training, and addressing concerns.
- Data Analysis: Analysing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions.
- Documentation: Creating and maintaining detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitating communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and understanding.
- Drives analysis efforts for initial business case, resource ROM, prioritization, and categorization.
- Contributes to resource level of effort, vendor readiness, contract readiness, GxP/SOX assessment.
- Document’s process flows for current state and future state.
- Documents / maintains user requirements / use cases.
- Provides user requirements to development team for functional requirements definition.
- Participates in design reviews.
- Lead UAT testing efforts and ensure UAT issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner.
- Supports the project rollout on deployment and hyper care tasks.
- Supports value affirmation analysis once the project is operational.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand evolving requirements and translate business priorities into IT solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information sciences or related field or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of Business Analysis experience
- Functional understanding and application of principles, theories, and concepts, aligning with understanding of business needs.
- Proven ability to deal with ambiguity and change with desire to drive teams to productive solutions.
- Understanding of functional aspect of systems in the Manufacturing & Supply Chain area
- Strong people skills to work effectively with business and IT leadership, peers and reports.
- Technical system expertise and understanding of architectural issues.
- Self-starter with demonstrated efficient work methods, analytical & problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Program Management experience preferred.
- Strong communication and excellent research skills and learning agility to understand internal business process, best practices and translate into technology needs/opportunities.
- Strong business acumen
- Specific experience in the Life Sciences/Pharma/Medical Devices/Healthcare industries is preferred.
- Pharma MES and SAP experience an advantage.
- Knowledge of business reporting and BI/Visualization tools also an advantage.
