Role Outline
As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with customers to address key operational challenges within the Energy & Utilities industry. You will support the team in managing requirements, engaging with stakeholders, acquiring and applying your knowledge in the retail or transport sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather analyze and document requirements.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Support end-to-end project delivery from discovery through to implementation.
- Create user stories acceptance criteria process flows and wireframes as needed.
- Act as a liaison between business and IT ensuring clear understanding and alignment.
- Participate in system testing user acceptance testing (UAT) and support training efforts.
- Assist in the development and improvement of business processes and digital workflows.
- Contribute to sprint planning and Agile ceremonies (if applicable).
