A&M’s People, Reward and Performance (PRP) Practice is an independent HR and reward consultancy dedicated to partnering with organisations across a broad range of industries to solve the difficult business decisions where strategy, culture and talent converge. We are seeking Workforce Reward Specialists to join the growing PRP practice within our broader People Services business. The successful candidates will play a pivotal role in advising our clients on all aspects of workforce remuneration, supporting them in developing, implementing, and managing reward programs that attract, retain, and motivate their employees. This role requires a deep understanding of compensation and benefits, as well as the ability to analyse market trends and data to ensure our clients’ reward strategies are competitive and aligned with their business goals.
What your day will look like:
- Working with clients to accurately capture, diagnose and qualify their requirements
- Crafting reward strategies that ensure client spend is driving their overall business objectives
- Leveraging your analytical skills to interrogate varied data sources to identify trends, issues and opportunities
- Designing reward structures including pay frameworks, short- and long-term incentives
- Conducting market research and analysis to benchmark and model remuneration
- Creating insights that help solve problems and inform our clients’ decision-making
What you will bring to the role:
- Proven experience of working within a reward environment, preferably in a similar consulting role, with experience across a range of reward capability areas
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience of delivering high quality written materials as well as verbal advice
- The ability to manage conflicting demands within a fast-paced environment
- A self-starter with a growth mindset
