This role will support the PA Metro Market and will be based out of our Philadelphia office location. The role reports to the East Region Business Operations Lead and will collaborate closely with the market senior leaders to define, implement, and lead processes related to account operational excellence and market financial management. We bring efficiency to internal functions and enable our stakeholders to focus their time on solving our clients’ biggest problems.
What You’ll Do
The Business Operations Analyst or Sr. Analyst will be responsible for the end-to-end operations of individual client accounts and client group portfolios.
Responsibilities Include
- Assist pursuit leads in maintaining sales, opportunity, and staffing data in our systems (Salesforce).
- Facilitate deal review process and governance with senior leaders.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual account planning processes.
- Facilitate account onboarding for strategic accounts (background checks, client credentials, equipment, etc.)
- Monitor engagement financials and partner with delivery teams to mitigate risks.
- Analyze metrics in a variety of platforms, including PowerBI and Salesforce, and develop robust and meaningful insights for account, industry, and market leader decision making.
- Influence others, including senior leaders, to adopt our operational excellence best practices.
- Provide regular assessment of business risk / areas to watch to market Chief of Staff and General Manager.
- Act as a liaison to the Engagement Management Office and other global services teams to troubleshoot issues and support the opportunity and engagement lifecycles.
- Champion global initiatives and provide process support for the business.

- This is a hybrid role, working from our Philadelphia office a minimum of 2-3 days per week.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications or a related field. Equivalent practical work experience can substitute for a specific degree.
- Minimum of 2-4 years professional work experience
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex issues into manageable parts.
- Effective written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with the ability to convey insights across various stakeholders, turning information into intelligence.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate within and across teams.
- Growth-oriented mindset with the willingness to learn, develop expertise, and adapt to evolving business needs.
- Ability to take ownership of tasks, seek feedback, and apply learnings to improve performance. Take pride in the work that you and our team drives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to synthesize complex information to inform business decisions
- Experience in business operations, process improvement, data analysis, or related functions
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
- Exposure to consulting methodologies, operational analytics, or data governance principles

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range for an Analyst is $53,000 - $74,000 and for a Sr. Analyst $62,000 - $93,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
