(Up to 40% telecommuting permitted): Support opportunities in the telecom network and OSS domain during proposal, delivery and deployment. Develop and own scope of work (SoW) blueprint and technology options. Drive regular program management reviews across all the internal streams. Guide teams on the road lockers, take up the technology changes with account leadership and align delivery expectations. Ensure technology options selected are applied efficiently in the program execution. Provide leadership and guidance to clients on the new company’s offerings that can help to monetize the network investments around 5G and other telecom technologies. Advice on the new technology trends and market insights to shape and enhance client strategic roadmap in the field on 5G and other technology networks and OSS systems. Advice on the set of tool sets required along with correct technology for most efficient use by NOC (Network Operations Center) team. Provide guidance on the key deliverables such as High-Level Designs, Test Strategy, First Office Application (FOA) strategy and Operationalization processes. Assess and advise on the implications of evolution in the telecom standards such as 3GPP, ETSI and GSMA to the client strategy such that solutions are aligned with industry best practices. Utilize: Virtualization and Multi Cloud Technology, Service Assurance, Telecom/IT Architecture and Design, RedHat – OpenStack, OpenShift, Network Operation and Automation. Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related and five (5) years of experience as a Telecom Network Engineer, OSS Architect or related. Five (5) years of experience must include utilizing Virtualization and Multi Cloud Technology, Service Assurance, Telecom/IT Architecture and Design, RedHat – OpenStack, OpenShift, Network Operation and Automation. $176750 to $200300 per year.
