Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Project Associateto join our Corporate Development and Transformation team and help drive enterprise-wide initiatives focused on business integration and transformation. In the near term, this role will primarily focus on the Change Management efforts tied to our Workday and Salesforce implementations. Over time, you will also support a broader range of transformation and integration projects in close collaboration with the Corporate Development and Transformation team, our Chief Transformation Officer and Chief Operating Officer. This role reports to the Associate Vice President of Business Integration and Transformation.
Responsibilities
lAssist in planning and executing change management activities related to implementing Workday and Salesforce, including stakeholder communications, change network coordination, training support, and readiness assessments/surveys.
lWork closely with team members across the organization to support business integration and transformation initiatives, helping to ensure projects stay on track and aligned with key objectives.
lDevelop presentations, status updates, communications, and other project documentation to support stakeholder engagement and alignment.
lHelp track project timelines, deliverables, and action items; escalate risks and issues as needed to ensure smooth execution.
lDevelop and maintain internal documentation, including job aids, process guides, and intranet content, to ensure teams access accurate and user-friendly resources. Participate in meetings, help prepare materials and follow up on next steps to keep teams informed and engaged throughout change and transformation efforts.
lSupport the execution of integration plans for newly acquired businesses, including onboarding coordination and post-close activities across teams such as HR, IT, Finance, and Operations.
lContribute to efforts that support cultural integration and colleague experience during new business integration, including internal communication and feedback activities.
lCollaborate across internal teams to support initiatives that drive enterprise transformation and operational effectiveness.
Qualifications and Desired Skills
lBachelor’s degree in business, communications, organizational development, or a related field.
l3-5 years of experience in project coordination, business operations, consulting, or a similar role.
lStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage timelines, track deliverables, and monitor key dependencies.
lExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
lAbility to create structured and actionable plans in the absence of clear direction.
lEffective presentation skills to communicate complex information clearly.
lStrong customer service orientation, with the ability to fully understand the needs of the business and develop strong relationships across functional and technology teams.
lInterest in enterprise operations, business processes, and strategic transformation initiatives.
lSelf-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
lAbility to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong skills in planning, organization, time management, and prioritization.
lProven ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
lProficient in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced knowledge of Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis).
lFamiliarity with Workday implementation and/or Salesforce is a plus.
lFamiliarity with SmartSheet is a plus.
