As a Strategy Consultant – Chemicals & Natural Resources, you will help companies secure their future viability and develop new business areas. Supply chain disruptions, rising energy costs, digitalization, decarbonization, and skilled labor shortages: You will address the chemical industry's once-in-a-century challenges with transformative ideas, digital technologies, and your in-depth industry knowledge. This will enable you to launch innovative strategies and practical solutions and significantly shape the future of one of Europe's key industries – either full-time or part-time.

Prepare our customers' digital transformation.
- You will support our customers in the chemical and process industries in renewing their business models and processes. You will always be up to date with the latest trends and sustainability aspects.
Turn the industry's challenges into your advantage.
- You understand our customers and their needs, identify potential for improvement, and have a feel for contemporary technologies. Based on this, you formulate growth strategies and initiate M&A activities, including due diligence, carve-outs , and post-merger integration.
Strengthen the performance of chemical companies.
- Through the targeted use of cutting-edge technology and analytics tools, you will enable our clients to increase their performance and consolidate their market position. At the same time, you will contribute to the further development of our own consulting portfolio.

We are looking forward to
- You have at least 4 years of relevant experience in the chemical industry or strategy consulting at well-known companies
- You have completed your Master's degree with a focus on business administration and are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- Ideally, you have already worked in the strategy department or in a line function of a company
- You know business processes in detail and have a strong interest in industrial contexts
- You are passionate about technology and digitalization topics and how they are integrated into business strategies
