A Business Analyst with specialized experience in Claims Management Systems, responsible for ensuring the successful delivery, implementation, and support of system solutions related to the claims module. Plays a key role in providing business solutions to users by acting as the primary liaison between business owners and the technical team. This involves gathering and defining system requirements, facilitating effective communication, and ensuring alignment between business needs and technical development.
Responsibilities:
- Work with business team to ensure user requirements are clearly defined, understood and translated into business requirement (BR) and other designs which is align with business process.
- To work closely with IT team to ensure the team understand the BR; agrees on the proposed solutions /outcome; reduce the chance of confusion & delays and deliver the system fitting to user requirements/scope.
- To develop the Business Scenario (test plan) and test scripting in ensuring they are in line with the business requirements.
- Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Operation Readiness Test (ORT).
- To prepare training slide and conduct training or workshop where necessary after implementation.
- Ensure and provide full support towards department's system issue (production issue / enhancement) to rectify/enhance errors within the agreed timeline.
Requirement:
- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business / IT or any related field.
- 4 - 5 years’ experience in Life Insurance/Takaful Industry with basic operational knowledge of claims module in operations or experienced in handling projects will be an added advantage.
- Able to Interprets customer needs, assesses requirements and identifies solutions to non-standard request independently.
- Able to complete challenges / system issue with minimum supervision and efficient in manage work arrangement for tester
- Articulate and proficient in written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.
