This role requires expertise in financial analysis, risk assessment, and strategic decision-making to drive profitable investment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed financial models for hospitality investments, including:
- Revenue projections
- Cost structures
- Return on investment (ROI) analysis
- Conduct sensitivity analyses and scenario modeling to assess risk and profitability.
- Analyze market trends, competitor benchmarks, and demand forecasts in the hospitality sector.
- Prepare feasibility studies for new projects, acquisitions, and expansions.
- Conduct research on emerging markets and investment opportunities.
- Assess potential hotel and resort investments, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
- Conduct financial, operational, and regulatory due diligence on investment opportunities.
- Identify and assess key risks related to hospitality investments.
- Track and analyze the financial performance of existing hospitality assets.
- Identify opportunities for revenue optimization and cost efficiencies.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to maximize investment returns.
- Work closely with internal teams, including finance, operations, and asset management.
- Engage with external partners, such as banks, investors, and consultants.
- Prepare investment memos, financial reports, and presentations for senior executives.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in investment analysis, financial modeling, or asset management within the hospitality, real estate, or private equity sectors.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and investment analysis.
- Solid understanding of hospitality industry dynamics, market trends, and operational benchmarks.
- Experience conducting due diligence for acquisitions, mergers, and joint ventures.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, financial modeling tools, and reporting software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
