The Team
Within A&M, Performance Improvement Practice works with Private Equity and Corporate clients throughout the business cycle by furnishing transaction advisory, performance improvement, turnaround, interim and crisis management. We offer assistance to our clients that are under-performing or with a need of re-organisation and re-positioning. We differentiate ourselves by the result-driven approach, the hands-on mindset, and the ability to provide leadership amidst complex situations. Our areas of expertise include but not limited to revenue enhancement; cost optimization; supply chain operations; manufacturing operations; transformation; interim and crisis management; merger integration; CFO finance leadership etc. Working directly with company management, A&M's involvement reassures all stakeholders that the company is taking important steps to address its problems and maximise its value.
Due to tremendous client demand within North Asia region, we are looking to hire Associate level candidates in our China Performance Improvement Practice. This position will be based in Shanghai/Beijing.
Qualifications:
- Native Chinese and fluent in English and Mandarin
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline with minimum 3 years of consulting experience
- Strong in MS PowerPoint
- Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and high level of energy
- Good presentation, analytical, problem-solving and execution skills
- Good communication with ability to exceed client expectations and deliver high quality client service
- Positive attitude and excellent people skills to collaborate with different teams, counterparts and stakeholders to achieve different milestones
- Willingness to travel and work in stressful situation

Overview of A&M Asia
