Our Healthcare & Life Sciences (HC & LS) Division works across the highly innovative, complex healthcare sector, including pharmaceuticals & biotech, medical technology, diagnostics, digital health & healthcare IT, healthcare B2B, providers, consumer health, and animal health. How you will create an impact:
- Solve client business challenges across a variety of clients, products, and project types, while developing industry, business, and subject matter expertise through fast-paced projects. Your contribution to project delivery:
- Project Support: Collaborate closely with project teams to support various client engagements, including primary and secondary research, data analysis, developing actionable recommendations, and presentation preparation
- Client Interaction: Gain exposure to client interactions by participating in meetings and workshops and contributing to discussions and presentations as appropriate
- Your contribution to other aspects of business: May contribute to various other company related matters such as business development, marketing, ESG, DE&I initiatives or office events
Your profile:
- Has obtained or is currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program at an accredited university/college with above average academic performance. A degree in the following fields is preferred: business, economics, medical, science, technology, engineering, mathematics
- Speaks fluent Japanese and English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively as an inclusive, empathetic team member
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Clear interest in the life sciences industry

コンサルタントとしてのインパクト：

- プロジェクト支援：プロジェクトチームと密に連携し、一次・二次調査、データ分析、実行可能な提言の策定、プレゼンテーション資料の作成など、各種業務を担当
- クライアントとのエンゲージメント：会議やワークショップに参加し、適宜ディスカッションやプレゼンテーションへの貢献を通じて、クライアントエンゲージメントの経験を積む

求める人物像：
- 国内外の大学・大学院において、優れた学業成績を収めている、または現在在学中である方（専攻は、ビジネス、経済、医学、理学、技術系、工学、数学などを歓迎）
