The Team
Corporate Transformation Services (CTS)as one of A&M’s core competencies advise clients in improving profitability targets and leading clients out of strategic and operational crisis situations in a sustainable manner. In the process, our short-term focus is always on restoring the financial and operational performance of the companies. As part of the CTS team, you support clients in various industries (e.g. including retail, automotive, manufacturing) from the upper medium-sized businesses and international corporations.
How you will contribute
As an Analyst (m/f/d) - Dealsyou will manage the following key responsibilities, supported by the European CTS team:
- Participation in international projects for the realignment of the (portfolio) strategy, the corporate organization or the company-wide increase in efficiency
- Identification, development, and evaluation of portfolio measures in buy-side and sell-side situations
- Contribute to planning and implementation of forward-looking M&A transformations with a focus on value enhancement
- Collaborating closely with senior team members and client management to drive transformation and transaction projects.
Qualifications
- An excellent university degree and well-developed analytical skills
- Initial consulting experience (e.g. through internships) with a leading restructuring, strategy or management consultancy;
- Applied knowledge of transformation projects with a focus on M&A, restructuring, and/or value creation programs;
- An impact-focused mindset with a collaborative and engaging personality
- Native or business fluent in German and English; proficiency in additional languages is highly desirable
