The Team
Due to tremendous growth within the region, we are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Intern to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The incumbent will assist in human resources functions and support various HR operations and people programs under a fast paced and high growth environment. Based in Hong Kong, this position will work closely with the HR team and other supporting functions across North Asia region.
Job Description
- Input and maintain HR data with precision and a strong focus on accuracy.
- Collaborate with the HR team to support various human resources activities and administration, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies.
- Perform any ad hoc tasks to support the team as required.
Skills & Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong logical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of HR principles and practices is an advantage.
- Eligible to work as an intern in Hong Kong (overseas students must obtain a No-Objection Letter or equivalent approvals from relevant institutions).
