Role Sumamry
A Principal at Elixirr is on a clear growth journey with an unrivalled wealth-creation opportunity. You should have your sights set on becoming a Consulting Partner. Bringing your own blend of technical capability, industry expertise and outstanding stakeholder engagement skills, you will help take some of our existing CPG projects and convert them into bigger programmes.
Accessing our full-suite of integrated solutions across Strategy, Digital, Data, Technology and Business transformation, you will spend most of your time between our office and the client site. We are building a culture.
CPG Specific Experience Required
Your background, either in industry or consulting, allows you to present to the client as a credible expert in a variety of the following areas:
- Consumer & Business Analytics
- Category Leadership
- Product placement / Planogram planning
- Sales Forecasting
- S&OP Demand Planning
- Content Management & Syndication
- Media to Cart
- New Product Development
- R&D Testing & Experimentation
- Graphics – Label Compliance/ Quality
- eCommerce Optimisation (via Amazon / Walmart online)
Additionally, You Will Be
- Proactively developing new business opportunities
- Leading the delivery of our client projects
- Growing, inspiring and coaching upcoming talent
- Challenging and stretching the thinking of our clients
- Developing strong, trusted relationships with industry leaders
- Managing multiple teams across multiple accounts across multiple sectors and disciplines
- Taking responsibility for your own business development targets
- Engaging with multiple Partners
- Driving the personal development of your teams
- Providing thought leadership and internal training/coaching
- Developing the next leaders of our company
- Driving new business development and sales efforts and growing our franchise
- Leading the delivery of initiatives and driving further sales opportunities within existing clients
