Slalom Mexico is looking for self-driven and curious individuals that have a passion for helping organizations solve complex business and technology problems. We are seeking early career professionals, interested in developing skills in the consulting industry. This role will work with a team, focused on project management, process/ operations, and business analysis work.
What You’ll Do
Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines and milestones.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Support requirements gathering as needed.
- Provide regular project updates.
Business Analysis
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to analyze, design, and deliver innovative solutions for a variety of business topics and industries.
- Produce deliverables using various tools covering traditional as well as modern technologies.
- Use critical thinking to break down problems and support your analysis with data.
Stakeholder Management
- Identify and interface with product teams and other relevant client teams via meetings, chat, and tooling to bring complex issues to resolution.
- Conduct and participate in client white-boarding sessions and project meetings.
Process Documentation And Process Improvement
- Maintain end-to-end process documentation and help identify opportunities for process improvement.
What You’ll Bring
- Business-level fluency in Spanish and English is required.
- 1 - 2 years of relatable experience.
- Adaptable individual who can create structure in ambiguous or rapidly changing environments, with a desire and flexibility to explore new areas and skills.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills to deliver your message to varied audiences (e.g. client stakeholders, delivery teams, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a vast array of information and prioritize multiple competing tasks.
- Highly self-motivated and able to work independently with little or no supervision as well as within a team environment.
- Advanced skills and experience in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Suite. Experience maintaining and writing complex formulas/functions in Google Sheets and/or Excel is preferred.
- Stakeholder Management; comfortable interacting with various client stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization, with discernment when flagging risks.
