Operational Excellence Practice:
Within A&M, Operational Excellence Practice works with Private Equity and Corporate clients throughout the business cycle by helping them unlock value from their operations.

Our areas of expertise include but not limited to strategic operations; operational strategy; revenue enhancement; procurement; cost optimization; supply chain operations; manufacturing operations, and end to end operational excellence, etc.
We identify operational levers and deliver rapid client impact by leveraging our differentiated capability.
Operational Excellence Project will often span 12 to 16 weeks including two phases: diagnostics & target setting phase (4-6 weeks) and problem solving and implementation planning phase (8-12 weeks).
Due to tremendous demand within Asia region, A&M Korea is looking to hire Associate ~ Manager level candidate in our Operational Excellence Practice in Seoul Office.
Role:
- Execute specific tasks within a module under the guidance of the Project Manager
- Conduct data collection, processing, and preliminary analysis to support hypothesis testing and insight generation.
- Participate in client and expert interviews by preparing materials and capturing key findings.
- Create draft deliverables such as slides and documents based on direction from the module lead.
- Actively communicate progress, issues, and findings to Module leader or Project Manager to ensure alignment and timely output.
Qualifications:
- Graduates with at least 4 years to 10 years of working experience
- Native Korean with proficiency in English; proficiency in Japanese and/or Chinese is preferred
- Consulting firm background is preferred
- Ability to define and structure problems
- Problem-solving skills based on hypothetical thinking
- Possess good business logics with good communication & interpersonal skills
