Coordinate and execute UAT, testing plans, training, and post-go-live support to ensure successful implementation of systems and processes.
Keep abreast of regulatory changes (e.g., MAS, EMIR, MIFID) and digital trends to inform client strategy, compliance needs, and best practices.

Familiarity with core banking programs, OMS platforms, and other capital markets systems.
Demonstrated ability to lead or support large programs, including managing PMO and offshore delivery teams.
