What You Will Do
As a Senior Manager in GEP’s Supply Chain Strategy practice, you will lead high-impact consulting engagements focused on operational excellence and supply chain transformation. You will work closely with client stakeholders to identify opportunities, design solutions, and drive implementation, while mentoring junior team members and contributing to practice development.
- Lead client engagements focused on supply chain strategy, operations improvement, and transformation initiatives.
- Apply supply chain best practices, frameworks, and analytical tools to drive measurable results.
- Conduct data-driven analysis to identify operational inefficiencies and develop actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional client teams to implement solutions and ensure sustainable change.
- Support business development efforts through proposal development and client relationship management.
- Mentor and coach consultants and analysts on project delivery and professional growth.
What You Should Bring
- MBA or Master’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in a supply chain consulting role.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain strategy, operations, and performance improvement methodologies.
- Experience with analyzing and diagnosing performance data.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed (up to 80%).
