Responsibilities:
- The firm specialises in creating and delivering large, complex transformation projects. Some of your responsibilities include:
- Creating strategies such as business or functional strategies, operating model design, business case definition, and business dynamics modelling.
- Tech strategy, such as IT strategy, business intelligence, ERP implementation support, and IT transformation.
- HR strategy, HR transformation, organisation design and development.
Requirements:
- All applicants must have at least seven years' experience in a client facing, consulting environment, including at least 2 years' experience as a Manager.
- Ideally experience from the Big 4, Accenture, or similar firms.
- Worked on at least 2 end-to-end transformation projects.
