Your future tasks
As a (co)-leader, you will be instrumental in building and guiding a team of experts around you. Your role centers on delivering impactful projects for our clients, particularly in the realm of organisational transformations. This involves conducting complex analyses, defining key organisational capabilities, designing target operating models, and shaping new organisational structures. You’ll translate your findings into actionable insights and craft compelling presentations for (senior) management.
You’ll also play a key role in facilitating workshops and ensuring strong project and stakeholder management. Working closely with clients, you’ll help shape their business strategies, organisational agendas, and transformation plans. From the initial high-level engagement to the final delivery and realisation of objectives, you’ll (co-)lead client projects while mentoring and coaching junior colleagues along the way.
Maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders is essential, as is your ability to identify client needs and translate them into new project opportunities.
Furthermore;
- Take the lead or co-lead in building and guiding a team of experts, fostering collaboration and growth.
- Deliver impactful client projects focused on organisational transformation, including complex analysis, capability definition, operating model design, and the development of new organisational structures. Translate insights into compelling presentations for (senior) management.
- Facilitate and lead workshops while ensuring strong project execution and stakeholder management.
- Collaborate closely with clients on their business strategies, organisational priorities, and transformation initiatives.
- Oversee client engagements from initial scoping to delivery, coaching junior colleagues and ensuring objectives are met.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, identifying client needs and translating them into new project opportunities.
Your profile
- You bring over four years of experience, ideally in consulting or a similar role, with strong conceptual and analytical capabilities.
- You hold a relevant master’s degree, preferably in economics, business, or a technical field.
- You have hands-on experience with strategic organisational topics such as scenario modeling, business model innovation, target operating model design, and organisational design, along with proven project management skills.
- You possess a strong business sense, enabling you to translate high-level strategic direction into tangible, bottom-line impact.
- You enjoy taking ownership of end-to-end project engagements, driving them from initiation to successful delivery.
- You communicate fluently in both Dutch and English, with excellent written and verbal skills.
