Our client, a leading independent insurance group ranked among the fastest-growing agencies nationwide, is seeking a Bilingual Personal Lines Consultant to support and train agency partners on personal lines products, systems, and strategies. What You’ll Do
- Train and support independent agents on personal lines products, carrier appetites, quoting platforms, and underwriting guidelines.
- Provide hands-on coaching in areas such as prospecting, quoting, issuing, and servicing personal lines policies.
- Develop and deliver training sessions, workshops, and virtual programs to help agents improve retention, cross-selling, and profitability.
- Partner with assigned agencies to assess performance, identify gaps, and create growth strategies.
- Act as a trusted consultant to agents—guiding them through business planning, carrier relations, and best practices.
- Track agent performance and provide actionable feedback to help them meet or exceed production goals.
- Build strong relationships with carrier partners and stay up to date on industry trends, products, and regulations.
What You Bring
- Required:
- Active Colorado P&C license
- Fluent in Spanish & English (written and verbal)
- 2+ years of property & casualty insurance experience (sales, service, or training)
- Strong knowledge of auto, home, umbrella, and personal lines coverage
- Preferred:
- Insurance designations (CIC, CPIA, PLCS, CPCU, etc.)
- 5+ years of P&C insurance experience in sales, training, or consulting
- Familiarity with EZLynx agency management system (experience a plus, training provided)
- Experience in a consulting, training, or advising role within the insurance industry
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $52,000 – $75,500 (based on experience)
- Bonus/Commission: $10,000–$20,000 annually
