What You’ll Do
We are looking for business strategists at the consultant and senior consultant level to join us! Are you interested? Key activities include:
- Develop and deliver the creation of enterprise wide and/or business-unit-level strategies to demonstrate the what, why, and how to deliver business outcomes
- Articulate qualitative and quantitative value in different strategic choices at the enterprise, business unit and operational levels
- Direct the development of complex situation assessments for organizations in highly dynamic, ambiguous and innovative industries
- Run research and assessment activities, including data-gathering, analysis, and data synthetization, to provide a digestible and compelling narrative to our customers
- Provide key perspectives and thought leadership on emerging trends and their impact on industry and client opportunities and challenges
- Build project and program-level roadmaps that enable long-term client success and align to Slalom-enabled work
- Understand and lead client outcome and deal strategies to drive solution details
- Develop capabilities and solutions that align to our client’s “Why”
- Take an active leadership role in Slalom’s strategy communities
- Apply AI and LLM models and approaches to accelerate service delivery
What You’ll Bring
Experience and demonstrated leadership in key areas of Business Strategy, including:
- Hands-on management consulting and advisory experience, including 2-6 years of experience in Business and Growth Strategy Development
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required, Engineering, Math or Commerce preferred, MBA an asset
- Exceptionally strong critical thinking skills and ability to analyze complex information and contexts to inform strategic decision-making
- Strong executive presence and communications skills to effectively advise and influence client leaders, stakeholders, and delivery teams
- You are humble, curious, have a growth mindset, and passionate about developing yourself and others
- Curiosity about the latest innovations in technology and how they impact our clients, with the ability to partner and collaborate across technology, data, build, cloud, and analytics to bring the best solutions to life for our clients.

Additional
This role will require time in a Slalom office or at client site as required (up to 80%) and has the ability to work remote based on client and team needs. Candidates should be comfortable with a hybrid work environment, prioritizing client needs as appropriate.
