YOUR ROLE
As a Manager or Senior Manager in our Banking team focused on Transformation Management, you will lead strategic programs that shape the future of financial services. You’ll manage teams, build client relationships, and ensure the successful delivery of transformation initiatives. Your leadership, strategic mindset, and results-driven approach will be key to achieving impactful outcomes.
In this role you will:
- Lead complex, end-to-end transformation initiatives for banking clients, driving strategic alignment, operational efficiency, and measurable business results.
- Shape and execute large-scale programs, including digital platform modernization, product innovation and development, and operational redesign within the banking sector.
- Design and implement strategic plans and governance models, delivering scalable solutions that enable enterprise-wide transformation.
- Lead cross-functional teams and clients to gather requirements, generate insights, and co-create tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver clear, comprehensive reports, presentations, and recommendations to senior stakeholders and decision-making bodies.
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, influencing decisions and identifying new opportunities to support their transformation journey.
- Lead, mentor, and develop junior analysts and consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Actively drive business development, shaping proposals, building trusted relationships, and identifying growth opportunities through client delivery.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, including fintech innovations, best practices, and emerging technologies in transformation management.
YOUR PROFILE
We would love to see candidates who have:
- At least 8 years of experience in business mgmt., process improvement, or a related field, with a focus on Financial Services
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Significant experience in business process improvement, project management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams, projects, and client relationships.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
