BearingPoint Capital is seeking interns to join our M&A team in Stockholm.
As part of BearingPoint Capital you will get the chance to acquire competencies and skills through a wide variety of challenging M&A projects for top-tier clients. Our M&A and Transaction advisory focuses on companies where technology is core to their strategy. You will become a part of a highly skilled and driven team and be able to work on local and international projects.
You will be exposed to:
- Sell-side or buy-side transactions.
- Tech and Commercial Due Diligence projects.
- Developing materials, analyses and financial models.
- Carry out company and industry sector research.
We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
- Education: You are on track to complete your master’s degree in 2027, with an excellent academic record from a leading university. You’re likely studying engineering, business, or a combination of both.
- Language skills: You are fluent in a Scandinavian language and English.
- Interest: You have a strong interest in M&A, strategy, and technology.
Internship period:
We are offering internships for the following periods:
- Period 1: January - March 2026
- Period 2: April – June 2026
