As a Management Consultant within Accenture’s Talent & Organisation practice, you will be at the forefront of driving human-centred change as part of large-scale digital and business transformations. You will work closely with clients to develop and implement strategies that enhance workforce engagement, readiness, and adoption of new ways of working.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Change Strategy & Execution
- Design and execute enterprise-level change management strategies to enable successful transformation outcomes.
- Conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder readiness analyses, and organisational alignment activities.
- Develop and manage change roadmaps, tracking adoption and mitigating resistance throughout the transformation lifecycle.
2. Communications & Stakeholder Engagement
- Develop and implement communication and engagement strategies tailored to diverse stakeholder groups.
- Produce impactful and targeted communication materials using digital platforms and AI-enabled tools (e.g., Viva, Poppulo, WalkMe).
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and engagement sessions to drive alignment and understanding.
3. Learning & Capability Development
- Lead learning needs analyses and define tailored learning strategies to support skill development and behaviour change.
- Collaborate with internal and client learning teams to design and deliver blended learning solutions (digital, virtual, and in-person).
- Measure learning effectiveness and continuously improve delivery based on feedback and data.
4. Leadership Alignment & Culture Shaping
- Partner with client leadership teams to articulate a clear transformation vision and embed culture change initiatives.
- Facilitate leadership workshops, storytelling sessions, and strategic alignment forums.
- Promote inclusive and future-ready workforce practices in line with business objectives.
5. Organisational & Workforce Design
- Contribute to the design of new operating models that align workforce structure and capabilities with strategy.
- Support HR transformation efforts by reimagining processes, systems, and ways of working.
- Apply human-centred and agile approaches to design organisational interventions that improve performance and employee experience.
6. Project Delivery & Consulting Excellence
- Work in cross-functional, agile teams to deliver high-impact work on time and within scope.
- Bring strong analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills to every engagement.
- Maintain high standards of project documentation, stakeholder reporting, and client service delivery.
QUALIFICATIONS:
To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum 2:1 or equivalent) in Business, HR, Organisational Psychology, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Change Management, Organisational Development, HR Transformation, or a related area.
- Proven ability to design and deliver change strategies across complex, large-scale transformation programmes.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels of an organisation.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Prior consulting experience (in-house or client-facing) is highly desirable.
- Experience with digital tools and platforms to support change, communication, or learning (e.g., Microsoft Viva, WalkMe, Whatfix, Poppulo).
- Knowledge of Agile, Design Thinking, or Human-Centred Design methodologies is advantageous.
- Professional certifications in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI, APMG, CCMP) are an added benefit.
