As an implementation analyst at Gallup, you’ll partner with external clients and internal consultants to implement employee surveys and onboard organizations onto Gallup Access, our premier global analytics and advice platform. From kickoff calls to final deliverables, you’ll ensure excellence, accuracy and impact in every step of the implementation process.
What You’ll Do
- Implement client surveys in Gallup Access and ensure accurate technical and organizational setup
- Host training webinars and onboarding sessions to teach clients how to navigate Gallup Access and the multiple learning resources available to them
- Clean, validate and organize complex data files to guarantee high-quality deliverables
- Troubleshoot operational and technical challenges, communicate needs to the technology team, and problem solve with persistence
- Take ownership of the survey implementation process and drive projects forward with a client-centric mindset
- Use Gallup resources, including ChatGPT, and your own critical thinking skills to work efficiently, find answers and create solutions
- Collaborate with consultants, analysts and technology teams to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations

What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree required
- At least two years of experience training, teaching or onboarding customers required
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel, including creating formulas and analyzing data, required
- A commitment to working on-site at Gallup’s Omaha office at least three days a week required
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship

We also offer an estimated annual salary range of $55,000-$65,000 for this role. Salaries are based on a variety of factors, including an individual’s education, experience and skills.
