Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Consultant located in the Greater Chicago Area, with flexibility for some work from home. The Consultant will be responsible for delivering client projects, conducting research and analysis, developing strategic recommendations, and supporting the implementation of business and technology solutions. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with clients, preparing presentations, facilitating workshops, and ensuring measurable and sustainable outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience with research and analysis
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to prepare presentations and reports
- Experience in management consulting and understanding of business strategy and operations
- Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with technology solutions and an understanding of how to leverage them for business improvements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Technology, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
- Experience working with clients in various industries is desirable
