A&M is looking for a strong financial controller to be part of their performance improvement team, who has in-depth experience in finance transformation finance processes, financial controls, executing month ends, balance sheet substantiation , SOX and Internal Audit / controls, Cash flow management and ERP.

Key Responsibilities :

Process Optimization: Reengineer processes for efficiency; identify and resolve control gaps with tech/digital solutions, including control reports and ERP setups for O2C, P2P, A2R, R2R, and inventory processes.
Automation: Identify automation opportunities in transaction processing (O2C, P2P, A2R, R2R) using RPA, AI, and bots.
Month-End Closure: Manage AP, AR, GL, FX runs, P&L, balance sheet preparation, and audit defense.
Finance Function Strengthening: Establish KPIs, ensure GL integrity, and develop robust reporting structures.
Balance Sheet and Audit: Prepare balance sheet and audit schedules; ensure substantiation and compliance.
Treasury Management: Oversee cash flow reporting, banking, debt reporting, covenant tracking, and payout models to manage liquidity.
Cash Flow Modeling: Proficient in 13-week and daily cash flow management.
ERP Expertise: Experience in ERP systems and modules, project management for ERP implementation, and software identification.
Accounting Standards: Knowledge of IndAS/IFRS is a plus.
M&A Exposure: Experience in acquisitions or carve-outs, including cut-off balance sheets and process transitions.

Requirements:

Education: Should have MBA or Master’s degree in a related field.
3-6 years of experience in finance transformation, with consulting experience preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, with attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines effectively.
