Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis and optimization of procurement processes using Coupa Procure and Coupa Pay solutions.
- Oversee the implementation of Coupa systems to ensure seamless integration with existing business processes.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to enhance procurement efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business needs and challenges.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements and process flows.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align stakeholders on project objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions to ensure they meet business goals.
