As an Associate, you’ll play a key role across Advisory Services supporting clients through analysis, communication, and data-driven change initiatives that ensure smooth ERP and business transitions.
What You’ll Do
- Provide project coordination and management support by tracking project progress, manage key deliverables, and assist with coordination and logistics for client meetings and workshops.
- Deliver high-quality client support through project coordination, research, and data analysis.
- Conduct data mapping, change impact assessments, and readiness analyses to support transformation planning.
- Conduct business process mapping looking for ways to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and support digital or operational transformation initiatives.
- Assist in developing and executing communication and training programs that drive adoption.
- Create presentations and dashboards to visualize progress, insights, and change outcomes.
- Apply AI-enabled tools and analytics to enhance project efficiency and decision-making.
- Collaborate across teams to apply structured change management and business consulting methodologies.
- Support multiple workstreams, helping clients bridge the gap between people, process, and technology.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Business, Communications, Data Analytics, Psychology, or related field preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, change management, or ERP transformation.
- Exposure to ERP platforms (Oracle, Microsoft D365, SAP, Workday, or similar).
- Strong skills in data mapping, change impact analysis, and storytelling through visuals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and familiarity with dashboard or AI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, ChatGPT, or Copilot).
- Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
The estimated base salary for this job is $100,000 - $125,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $115,000 - $147,500. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
