West Monroe is seeking Consulting Interns for our Organization, People & Change (OPC) Practice. 

As an Organization, People & Change ConsultingIntern, you will contribute to strategy development and implementation while engaging in impactful projects. You will gain cross-functional exposure across industries, deepening your expertise in driving Human Capital and/or Change Management initiatives.

Human Capital

The OPC Practice accelerates value and business outcomes of transformations, transactions, and implementations – through people, HR, and change strategies. The interns within our OPC practice drives value across both our human capital and change management service areas:

Org Design & Talent: We achieve measurable business results by using digital tools, analytics, and benchmarks to improve organizational structures, culture, and talent strategies
Transactions: We advise on people issues and HR functions at every stage of the deal life cycle, including planning and execution support for ongoing and future critical business activities.
HR Solutions: We help HR leaders prepare their organizations for the future by transforming the HR operating model to free up time and resources to focus on mission-critical work that adds value to the business through people, processes, and technology.

Change Management

OCM Strategy & Execution: We offer comprehensive change management services, from strategy development to execution, ensuring effective transformation by maximizing value, minimizing risk, and driving engagement and adoption.
Change Capability Advisory & Development: We partner with organizations to build change capabilities using proven methods, best practices, and thought leadership to tailor solutions based on their unique starting point – whether they have an established change management function or are just beginning.
Skilling & Human Performance: We empower business leaders to create more value, achieve transformation goals, and build a future-ready workforce by improving performance through people and their skills.

Primary Responsibilities

Client Delivery: 

Support client opportunities by developing and executing change management and/or human capital strategies, including vision alignment, leadership engagement, communication, and organizational alignment
Document stakeholder interviews, perform analysis, and document the impacts of change initiatives to guide strategic decisions
Develop client deliverables, such as statements of work, agendas, and notes, while also creating learning materials to ensure readiness and adoption of planned changes

Practice Development: 

Support the national team efforts to enhance OPC methodologies, benchmarks, tools, and other collateral
Contribute to thought leadership activities through blogs, white papers, and other activities
Build and expand your professional and community network

Demonstrated leadership potential through academics, extracurriculars, or prior work experience
Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in progress, with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and July 2027
Intern candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without limitation or sponsorship now or in the future (e.g., OPT, H-1B visa, TN, etc.)
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
Must reside within 50 miles of your assigned office before your start date and throughout the internship; our culture emphasizes team collaboration within a hybrid work model
Ability and willingness to travel Monday – Thursday (up to 50%); travel expenses covered by West Monroe
