- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunication Engineering, or a related field

- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to contribute to consulting engagements
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
- Native or fluent in English and Spanish
