We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a thorough analysis of the Threat Intelligence/Advanced Threat Response tools and their functionalities.
- Gather and document requirements from CSO stakeholders (KOPs, Current State, Metrics, Quotas, etc.)
- Develop a comprehensive implementation/migration plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with IT and other relevant teams (Engineering teams)
- Develop test plans and conduct testing to ensure the new system meets all functional and performance criteria.
- Monitor the implementation process and address any issues that arise during the migration.
- Generate detailed documentation of the implementation/migration process, including workflows, configurations, and user manuals.
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of the new systems and identify opportunities for further enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Threat Intelligence/Advanced Threat Response areas
- Proven experience with TI/Advanced Threat Response tools (preferred from the following: Microsoft EASM/SafeBreach/Automated Security platform/B!nalyze/JoeSandbox/GTI Suite)
- Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into technical requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in creating documentation and user manuals.
- Experience with data migration and system integration is a plus.
