Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Organizational Change Management Specialist Consultant to drive the people side of technology and process transformation within our Utilities Operational Technology (OT) environment. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who can challenge assumptions, influence at all levels, and ensure change initiatives deliver measurable value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute change management strategies and plans to support the successful implementation of OT solutions such as ADMS (Advanced Distribution Management Systems), OMS (Outage Management Systems), SCADA, or related technologies.
- Partner with project teams, business leaders, and stakeholders to assess impacts, identify readiness gaps, and drive engagement across the organization.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and critical thinker — constructively challenging decisions and approaches to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead stakeholder analysis, communication planning, training design, and adoption measurement activities.
- Support continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and embedding change management best practices into project delivery.
- Collaborates with project teams and stakeholders to maintain focus on long-term outcomes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field; an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Master’s degree or MBA is considered an asset.
- Prosci Change Management Certification or other recognized change management certification is highly desirable.
- Extensive experience in Change Management, preferably within the Utilities sector.
- Strong understanding of Operational Technology (OT) systems and processes (e.g., ADMS, OMS, SCADA) or experience supporting technology implementation within complex organizational environments.
- Proven ability to influence, coach, and constructively challenge stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated success in driving adoption, engagement, and sustainment across large-scale change initiatives.
- Familiarity with Agile principles and practices, including an understanding of team roles and responsibilities.
- Formal SCRUM or Agile certifications will be considered an asset
- Proven ability to stay focused and productive throughout long, multi-year projects while collaborating effectively with teams and stakeholders.

Office Workplace Guidelines
Sia is committed to providing a flexible workplace environment that supports client, business, and market needs. Consultants located in our primary market office locations—New York City, Charlotte, Seattle, and San Francisco—are expected to live within a reasonable commuting distance and attend the office at least three days per week. For Consultants outside of our primary markets, we can offer more flexible in-person requirements in accordance with your location.
