The successful candidate will:

- Gain experience in Valuation & Modelling in various contexts such as transactions, restructuring.
- Gain exposure to international projects on behalf of many of the most prominent organisations across worldwide. We operate as a European team and the individual will also gain insight to projects in the UK, Germany, Netherlands, France among others.
The main tasks will include:
- Work very closely with our senior management and support the business growth.
- Assist in Valuation & Modelling assignments.
- Assist in managing intelligence on forthcoming deals and working on targeting of key prospects (large corporates, private equity firms and private equity held businesses).
- Support the commercial activity and preparation for client pitches.
- Work on a long-term project across your internship in order to develop the Spanish valuation practice
Requirements:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English. Additional European language skills including Dutch, German, Italian, French or Arabic are highly desirable.
- Proficient with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong interest in a career within Valuation or Financial Advisory Services.
- Experience from previous internships, preferably in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Private Equity or Consulting is highly desirable.
