Job Description
January 2026 | 6-month internship or gap year
You will work directly with the Head of AI Strategy & Operations to shape and scale Sia’s AI adoption capabilities — both internally and for our clients.
Your role will focus on scaling Sia’s AI adoption capabilities by consolidating use cases, structuring assets, and supporting the go-to-market across business units. You’ll also contribute to strategic planning and help coordinate key internal enablers — including training, enablement, and internal comms.
What You’ll Do
AI Strategy & Steering
- Support internal steering committees and executive updates (KPIs, dashboards, roadmaps)
- Track AI adoption and performance across geographies and BUs
- Identify blockers and propose actionable recommendations
Use Cases & Internal Agent Store
- Help structure and enrich the internal portfolio of AI use cases
- Contribute to playbooks and documentation for industrialization and adoption
- Coordinate with product and tech teams for rollout
Training & AI Literacy
- Contribute to the GenAI training roadmap with Talent Development
- Help design and disseminate AI toolkits, demos, and internal assets
- Support AI literacy across consulting teams
Knowledge Sharing & Enablement
- Improve internal knowledge-sharing channels and access to AI resources
- Contribute to the organization of demos, events, and internal showcases
- Produce educational content (videos, templates, newsletters…)
Communication & Internal Activation
- Draft and publish content to engage internal teams around AI
- Help animate the internal AI community and ambassadors’ network
Qualifications
- Master’s student or gap year in Business/Engineering/Policy (HEC, ESSEC, Sciences Po, Centrale, Dauphine, etc.)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and writing skills
- Fluent in English and French
- Comfortable in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
- Interest in AI, innovation, strategy, and organizational transformation
