What We Are Looking For
Our Strategy & Consulting practice is looking for Fresh Graduate Analysts to join our CFO & Enterprise Value (CFO&EV) team to drive finance transformation strategy and execution for our clients -
Identify and creatively solve complex problems for finance executives
Design and re-engineer critical financial processes
Fundamentally transform the way the finance organization operates
Collaborate across functional teams to design and implement solutions that improve operational efficiency and optimize our client's profit and cash
Develop finance application roadmaps and strategies that help companies implement digital technology to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness, compliance, and to capture new revenue opportunities
Explore sources of shareholder value creation
Requirements:
Minimum bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business
Relevant consulting and/or finance internship experience will be advantageous
Have CPA license will be advantageous
Experience and strong understanding of finance operating models and finance business processes
Understanding of financial accounting fundamentals, such as the P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements, and good understanding of typical data sources (such as ERP General Ledgers, organizational data).
Experience in functional design and implementation of key Finance ERP platforms such as SAP S/4 HANA, Oracle Fusion, Workday Financials will be advantageous
Good communication and facilitation skills
Effective team management
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high energy, demanding and team-oriented environment
