About The Role
As a Business Analyst you will make an impact by Collaborating with management departments and customers to identify and build end-user requirements and specifications. You will be a valued member of the Cognizant team and work collaboratively with developers to define optimized system integration.
In This Role, You Will
- Evaluate analyzing and communicating systems requirements on a continuing basis.
- Perform discovery of customer current process solution or platform.
- Perform Gap Analysis between customer requirements and FIS standard solutions.
- Develop analyses and documentation communicating effectively and efficiently with developers’ production managerial and executive teams. Collaborating with the team to make sure the requirements are going to be met according to customer quality criteria.

What You Need To Have To Be Considered
- Great knowledge and experience on ISO 8583
- Great knowledge in Payments Network (Card Schemes) concepts certification process policies and workflow
- Identifying and building end-user requirements
- Bilingual Spanish and English (advanced/fluent)
- Deep knowledge in payments applications
- Knowledge in banking or processing back office
