About the job:
As Senior Director – Superannuation, you will lead Synpulse’s strategic growth in the retirement and superannuation space across Australia. You will be the key point of contact for new business opportunities, oversee project delivery, and drive client success through transformation programs. This role demands a strong blend of leadership, consulting expertise, and business development acumen, with a focus on expanding Synpulse’s market presence and delivering high-impact solutions to financial institutions.
Local Opportunities & Business Development
- Act as the primary contact for new superannuation-related business opportunities in Australia.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and securing strategic partnerships and client engagements.
- Collaborate with Synpulse’s global sales team to close deals and expand service offerings.
- Prepare feasibility studies and propose new initiatives to senior management.
- Deliver sales forecasts and management reporting to support strategic planning.
- Maintain and grow a strong personal network within the financial services industry.
Project Delivery & Client Success
- Perform project delivery, manage cross-functional teams, and maintain top-level relationships with client executives and stakeholders
- Serve as the escalation point for client concerns and ensure overall project success.

About you:
- Proven track record in business development and sales within the financial services industry, ideally with Tier 1 banks or superannuation funds.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales strategies and client relationship management.
- Deep functional knowledge of superannuation, banking, insurance, or financial institutions.
- Experience with large-scale software implementation or transformation projects.
- Ability to engage with and influence top-level client management.
- Excellent communication skills, outgoing personality, and fluent in English.
