In this role, you will:
- Lead a Current State Assessment to identify which M365 functionalities are enabled, disabled, or underutilized.
- Partner with client leadership to define the desired vision for M365 use and create a phased roadmap for enablement and adoption.
- Conduct Stakeholder Analysis to identify key user groups, sponsors, and influencers critical to adoption success.
- Perform high-level Change Impact Analysis to determine how changes affect business processes, roles, and users.
- Lead Use-Case Definition and Learning Needs Analysis, prioritizing efforts that drive the greatest business value and user adoption.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Communications Plan to ensure consistent messaging, awareness, and engagement throughout the organization.
- Establish and coordinate a Change Champion Network to reinforce adoption and support local engagement across business units.
- Provide oversight of training content development, collaborating with instructional designers and content developers.
- Define and track adoption metrics to measure success, monitor progress, and inform continuous improvement activities.
- Serve as the primary OCM point of contact, ensuring alignment between business objectives, technology implementation, and user readiness.
Who You Are:
- 8+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) or transformation leadership roles, ideally within large enterprise environments.
- Proven experience supporting Microsoft 365 (M365) or similar digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, etc.) and ability to tailor them to client needs.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute communications, stakeholder engagement, and training strategies.
- Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable messaging.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with experience managing multiple workstreams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prosci or other formal Change Management certification.
- Experience leading OCM efforts for Microsoft 365 enablement/adoption programs.
- Familiarity with learning content development processes and tools (e.g., Captivate, Canva, Camtasia, Articulate).
- Experience defining and reporting on adoption and engagement metrics.
