As an Associate, you will be an integral member of the Human Capital and Workforce Management (HCWM) team, contributing to a wide range of client engagements focused on workforce transformation, human resources optimization, and operational improvement across the healthcare industry. You will support project teams through data analysis, research, documentation, and development of deliverables that drive actionable insights and meaningful results for clients.
Depending on the client engagement, your responsibilities may include:
- Supporting project teams in the design and execution of workforce and organizational transformation initiatives across healthcare organizations
- Conducting data analysis and research to identify performance improvement opportunities and workforce trends
- Assisting with interviews, process mapping, benchmarking, and development of workforce performance metrics
- Building clear and compelling client deliverables, including presentations, reports, and dashboards
- Partnering with team members to develop and communicate findings and recommendations that align with client goals
- Assisting in the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and tools to assess workforce productivity and efficiency
- Supporting Directors and Senior Associates in managing day-to-day project logistics, timelines, and documentation
- Collaborating with team members to solve complex problems, contribute creative ideas, and ensure deliverables are accurate and timely
- Participating in proposal development and internal initiatives to enhance practice capabilities and client offerings
- Contributing to an inclusive, collaborative, and high-energy team culture

Qualifications include:
- Minimum of three (3) years of progressive experience in Human Resources, Workforce Management, or related roles within the healthcare industry
- Exposure to or prior experience in healthcare consulting preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business (MBA), Healthcare Administration (MHA), or Public Health (MPH) preferred
- Foundational understanding of the healthcare industry, including workforce strategy, operations, or labor market trends
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with an ability to translate data into insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and professional client deliverables
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; familiarity with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Action O-I benchmarking, or MGMA survey data a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams
- Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to a growing, entrepreneurial practice
- Willingness and ability to travel as required
