Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Demand Role Analyst with 3 to 4 years of experience in SFMC Advanced SFMC Core Configuration SFMC Core Customization SFMC Advance Cross Channel and Marketing Cloud. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts focusing on optimizing marketing strategies and enhancing customer engagement. Experience in Cheminformatics is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret data to develop effective marketing strategies using SFMC Advanced tools.
- Oversee the configuration and customization of SFMC Core to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement SFMC Advance Cross Channel solutions.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance customer engagement through Marketing Cloud.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.
- Ensure seamless integration of SFMC Core Customization with existing systems.
- Develop and maintain documentation for SFMC configurations and customizations.
- Support the marketing team in leveraging SFMC tools for targeted campaigns.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SFMC Core Configuration and Customization.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in SFMC and marketing technologies.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing processes and strategies.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand and address their marketing needs.
- Utilize domain knowledge in Cheminformatics to enhance marketing strategies when applicable.
Qualifications
- Possess strong analytical skills with experience in SFMC Advanced and Core Configuration.
- Demonstrate proficiency in SFMC Core Customization and Advance Cross Channel solutions.
- Have a good understanding of Marketing Cloud and its applications.
- Experience in Cheminformatics is a nice to have skill.
- Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Display a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous learning.
