Your Impact
You will be a thought leader and skilled practitioner focused on supporting the growth of our Strategy and Corporate Finance practice.
In this role you will have the opportunity to be an entrepreneur, identifying new opportunities to help clients make lasting improvements to their performance and realize their most important goals. You will coach, lead, and advise consultants as they develop, framing business problems in a way that they can take action to solve. You will join teams in problem solving sessions and be a thought partner to engagement managers on both team and client management.
You will be an important source of intellectual insight into a client project, framing business problems in a way that the team can then execute to drive impact and client value. Specifically, you'll be responsible for identifying and developing new client opportunities to advise companies on transformational change and capability building.
You will lead engagements on day-to-day problem solving, team management, and client management, bringing in deep functional knowledge, expertise, and proprietary tools to every client situation. You will manage and develop strategic client relationships while ensuring the highest quality client work. Lastly, you will inspire, lead and develop new consulting staff.
Your qualifications and skills
- Advanced degree, preferably an MBA or other relevant degree
- 10+ years of work experience after graduate school, focused on strategy and corporate finance
- Prior experience in a professional services firm required, with a successful track record of high-impact client service
- Strong entrepreneurial drive to develop new client relationships and generate business development opportunities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and create an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organization
- Experience leading cross-functional teams, framing, designing and executing solutions for challenging business situations
- Collaborative approach with outstanding listening skills and the ability to manage through influence
- Sophisticated executive demeanor and comfortable functioning at the highest levels of client organizations
- Excellent presentation skills, including strong verbal and written communications
- Ability to break down and solve business problems through quantitative thinking and analysis
- Comfort with ambiguous, ever-changing situations
