We’re looking for a hands-on Power BI Report Builder who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about guiding clients through large-scale digital transformations. This role is more than building reports—it’s about being a trusted partner, rolling up your sleeves, and helping the client succeed at every step.
You’ll work onsite, embedded with the client team, to support existing reporting solutions and design new, impactful dashboards that drive business decisions. Your ability to listen, teach, and collaborate will be key to creating unmatched experiences and fostering long-term relationships.
In this role, you will:
- Partner in Transformation: Act as an extension of the client team, providing guidance and support throughout their digital journey.
- Build & Enhance Reporting: Create new Power BI reports and maintain existing ones to ensure accuracy, usability, and scalability.
- Gather Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable reporting solutions.
- Educate & Empower: Approach every interaction with the heart of a teacher, enabling client teams to understand and leverage Power BI effectively.
- Deliver Value Onsite: Be present, proactive, and deeply engaged in the client’s transformation process.
- Proven experience building and maintaining Power BI reports, dashboards, datasets, and data models while supporting existing reports in WebFocus.
- Strong skills in Power Query and data visualization principles.
- Demonstrated experience collecting and translating business requirements into scalable reporting solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills with a genuine desire to teach, mentor, and support.
- Ability to work onsite with the client and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
- Prior exposure to environments undergoing digital transformation is a strong plus.
- Must be able to work Hybrid (3 days a week) in office in Louisville, KY.
