The Team
The Infrastructure & Capital Projects team partners with public and private sector clients to improve performance and unlock value across complex infrastructure projects.
Our professionals bring a unique combination of technical, financial, and operational expertise—helping clients manage project lifecycles from conception to delivery. We work across sectors such as energy, power, mining, transport, water, and concessions, with a strong focus on Latin America and cross-border projects. Position Description
As an Associate / Senior Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the origination, structuring, and execution of infrastructure and capital project engagements. This position offers the opportunity to work directly with senior leadership and clients on strategic and technical initiatives—ranging from project feasibility and financial structuring to performance improvement and risk management.
You will be part of a multidisciplinary and international team that values ownership, creativity, and accountability.
How you will contribute
- Support the preparation and development of materials and proposals for new business opportunities.
- Apply technical and strategic knowledge to provide insights and innovative solutions to clients.
- Engage directly with clients, leading workstreams from conception to implementation to ensure effective delivery of business initiatives.
- Manage projects and deliverables, coordinating multidisciplinary teams to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Consolidate and analyze financial, technical, and operational data to develop critical insights.
- Prepare presentations and reports for internal discussions and client meetings.
- Contribute to the execution of engagements, ensuring alignment with timelines, scope, and quality expectations.
- Proactively anticipate critical actions and respond swiftly to project demands to ensure success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields.
- 4 to 6 years of professional experience in planning, budgeting, risk analysis, and contract management.
- Experience in infrastructure, energy, industrial, or capital projects preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with structured reasoning.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, AACE, Agile, Lean).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced English required;
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project control tools.
- Availability to travel.
