About the job:
- Your duration of co-op will be determined by the end of the interview process, depending on your level of commitment and any existing client engagements that we have which require your support
- Interviews are conducted on a rolling basis. We prefer undergraduates who can commence their co-op in February 2026
- Collaborate with other intern and Synpulse consultants to create a change management deck and marketing material which will be serve as a talking point to our potential clients.
- Present key findings and recommendation to senior management and partner.
- Support management team or colleagues on ad-hoc business development tasks.
- Perform ad hoc project as required.
Job Requirements
About you:
- A full-time student matriculated in Hong Kong local universities, ideally in business, management and/or finance-related field of study
- Eager to learn and work with various line of business within Synpulse.
- Ability to quickly understand complex situations, to lead and direct the analysis processes.
- Highly analytical and structured in problem solving.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills with clients and colleagues
- Interest in management consulting and in Synpulse! Prior knowledge in any banking or financial services-related topics is a bonus.
- Curious and able to reach sound and well-informed judgement when presenting solutions
- Making impactful presentations is your forte
- Striking effective work relationships is your DNA
