About the job:
- Implementing and updating the Test Strategy and test execution.
- Estimate the scope and size of the testing effort.
- Review and update estimates for upcoming user stories.
- Measuring and reporting test coverage across sprints.
- Ensuring proper use of testing tools.
- Configuring, using and managing test environments and data.
- Design and execute both manual and automated test cases.
- Reporting defects and working with the team to resolve them.
- Actively collaborating with other agile team members.
- Participating in daily standup meetings, story grooming sessions, team retrospectives, suggesting and implementing improvements
- Collaborating with APAC region stakeholder on testing delivery aspect
Job Requirements
About you:
- Degree holder in Computer Science or related fields
- A Minimum of 10 years in System Implementation / Test Management in financial services would be required
- Experienced in end-to-end test framework
- Well-versed in functional, automation, and regression testing
- Have applied knowledge in banking systems
- Interested in banking and financial industry
- Strong proficiency in English and Mandarin; Japanese language skills are highly preferred
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Travel within Asia may be required
